1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using UnCloud, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Usage License

UnCloud is a free, open-source tool suite. You are free to use these tools for personal or commercial purposes.

However, you agree not to:

Use the tools for any illegal activities.
Attempt to reverse engineer the compiled code for malicious purposes.
Use automated systems to scrape or overload the hosting CDN.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The tools are provided "as is". UnCloud makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Important: Since encryption happens in your browser, if you lose your password/key, we cannot recover your data. We do not store your keys.

4. Limitations

In no event shall UnCloud be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on UnCloud's website.

5. Browser Compatibility

These tools rely on modern Web APIs (WebAssembly, Web Crypto API, Canvas API). We do not guarantee support for outdated browsers (e.g., Internet Explorer).
